Business Analyst

Role Description:

This is a full-time Business Analyst role based in Chennai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements for Digital Internet/mobile banking (Retail & Corporate), gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to business analysis and ensuring that digital customer experience solutions meet the needs of Banks and Financial institutions.

Qualifications:

4 to 10 years of experience as Business Analyst in Banks or Banking product companies.
Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, Communication skills
Experience with Business Process modeling
Proficiency in gathering and documenting Business Requirements and directly work with customers.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience including Retail Banking, Corporate banking, Digital banking, CASA, Account opening.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
Location is Chennai / Bengaluru. Ready to travel overseas, as required.

Equip self with product knowledge and concepts around digital banking, customer engagement and customer experience
Engaging with customer to understand their business needs
Conducting Product Demos / Workshops in line with the customer needs
Responding to RFIs / RFPs
Effort Estimation, Hardware Sizing, Pricing and Proposal Creation
Work with the Product Team to shape up product road map
Create Content for Product Marketing
Market Research / Client Research to create product positioning and go-to market strategy

Skill set:

Prior Experience in a customer facing role such as Presales, Business Analysis in Banking Domain, is desirable
Good Communication Skills – Written / Oral
Able to work under pressure / tight deadlines
Able to work with multiple teams and create a good rapport.
Open to Travel (More than 50%)
