R N Iyer, co-founder of Vayana Network, is a serial entrepreneur. He was the co-founder and CEO of CashTech Solutions a leading Cash Management vendor in Asia which was acquired by Nasdaq listed Fundtech. Iyer has previously worked with Accenture. Soumyo Dutta

Soumyo Dutta is the Treasurer of Reliance Industries Limited, and is responsible for management of currency and interest rate risk of the corporate balance sheet. As a part of the Corporate Treasury mandate he is also responsible for delivering the target returns on the investment portfolio, management of working capital and raising short term resources from the banking system to fund the working capital requirements of various businesses. Under his leadership, the Treasury team of Reliance Industries has won the Best Hedging Strategy award, conferred by The Corporate Treasurer and The Asian Champions Award and the Best Treasury Team Award for any Asian Conglomerate, conferred by The Asset Triple A in 2015. In his earlier role, he was a Managing Director in Citibank’s Global Financial Markets business. His responsibilities included managing the FX & Interest Rates Trading business and Balance Sheet Liquidity and Asset-Liability Management for Citigroup South Asia. Over the years, Soumyo has been an active member of several working groups and market reforms committees constituted by RBI and SEBI. He had been a member of the Gandhi Committee and the Working Group on Enhancing Liquidity in the Government Securities and Interest Rate Derivatives Markets constituted by RBI in 2012 and The Committee on Rationalization of Investment Routes and Monitoring of Foreign Portfolio Investments constituted by SEBI in 2016. Soumyo has earned his B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and is a silver medallist from Indian Institute of Management.

Suresh Kumar Somani

Suresh Kumar Somani, a nominee of Ratnabali Capital Markets Ltd. is one of the co-promoters and Joint Managing Director of Ratnabali Capital Markets Ltd (RCML) – a BSE listed Financial Services Company with its Head Office in Kolkata. Kannan Ramasamy

Kannan provides strategic direction, builds executive level relationship with Clients and mentors the CEO and senior management teams of Clayfin. Kannan is an investor and was the first CEO of Clayfin from its formation in 2009. He has been in senior business and operational roles with Fortune 500 companies. He was the founding CEO of GE Capital, India’s Consumer and Auto Finance Joint Ventures and later moved into other senior global sales and marketing positions with GE Capital USA. After his stint at GE, he took on entrepreneurial roles with early stage and mid-market businesses as President of Scandent Solutions, North America and President and CEO of Aegis Communications Group Inc. He has also contributed to many companies including Bank of America, American Express and Pond’s in management roles. He is a serial entrepreneur who enjoys building businesses with a clear edge in the markets they choose to serve. He has a B. Tech from IIT, Chennai and MBA from IIM, Calcutta. When he is not consumed by his business interests, Kannan likes working out, reading and enjoying his time with his family. He lives in Massachusetts, United States.

Rajesh Narasimha

As CEO at Clayfin, Rajesh Narasimha leads the management team in building functional capability and sales momentum to achieve profitable growth. Rajesh joined Clayfin, in April 2015, as the Chief Sales Officer, to expand and lead the Sales, Marketing and Solutioning teams. He focused on understanding client expectations and aligned the sales and account management processes to achieve balanced outcomes for customers and Clayfin business. He has spent more than 2 decades with leading technology providers and software product companies. Prior to joining Clayfin he was part of SunTec leadership team and had successfully grown the business, with marquee client acquisitions, across different regions globally which included – Asia Pacific, South Africa, Middle East and North America.

Karthik Raman

Karthik has over 22 years of techno-commercial experience in the IT industry. As Chief Innovation Officer, his responsibilities span across strategic technology initiatives, new product research, program design, product management and development to position Clayfin as a FinTech Innovator. In his previous role at Clayfin, he was the COO & Head Engineering and provided leadership to Customer Success & Solution Innovation Center.

Before joining Clayfin, Karthik held several key positions in Deutsche Bank, Singapore where he pioneered design and development of the Electronic Banking Software db-direct in both Client-Server and Web-based Internet Architectures. He started his career at TCS, India and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

Srikanth has over 3 decades of experience in the Information Technology space across Banking, Retail, Insurance, Health care & Manufacturing domains. He has been with Clayfin since inception handling customer relationships in India, MEA, Singapore and in the US. He handled various roles in his career including Sales & Account Management, Project Delivery & Product Implementation, Leading Tele-calling & Sales support, Quality Management and Employee Engagement (HR). He is currently heading the Pre-sales & Partnerships for Clayfin and part of the Management Team. Prior to joining Clayfin, he was an Oracle DBA, heading Implementation & Maintenance of ERP systems for a leading manufacturing house at Chennai, India. He holds a MBA in International Trade and also a certified Project Manager (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) USA. He is also certified by Roger S Pressman Associates (RSPA) on SDLC methodologies, trained in Agile methodologies and a Scrum Master.

Dhamodharan P

Dhamodharan (Dhamu) holds a MCA degree and comes with strong operational expertise of 15+ years of experience in the Banking Technology domain. He is part of the leadership team, with responsibility for overall operations and customer engagement. Dhamu was previously employed with Bank Muscat International – Bahrain and has had stints with Bank Muscat – Oman, Cognizant and Laser soft. In his free time he loves playing cricket.
